The service was very pleasant and the staff was very good.

The doctor was excellent. He explained things excellently. I had questions and he answered all of them. The staff was also very nice, very informative, very friendly.

Dr Ghanny took his time with us and explained throughly explained everything. He was patient and understanding of our concerns.

Yes, my only feedback about Dr. Ghanny's office is in regard to the staff. The nurse that we see is not friendly. She always seems like she's in a bad mood and she doesn't like her job. And the only reason we stay is for the doctor, not because of the staff. because I really, we've had bad experiences with the staff from phone calls to the way that they greet you, the way that you, when you leave to get paperwork. And again, the only reason I stay and we stay is for the doctor. Thank you.
